U8 Girls Markham Hornets Compete in Georgetown All Star Tournament

The U08 Girls Markham Hornets All-Star team competed in their first tournament on July 10/11 in Georgetown. The girls won their first game 1-0 against Collingwood with a goal by Bridget Matthews. This was the first tournament for these players and all are proud of their successful day! 

A special thanks to Coach Sophie for all the hard work in getting the team ready and thank you to all the parents, friends, and family that came out to cheer on the Team – the girls definitely fed off the support coming from the sidelines.
