All-Star News 2010 Summer
The MSC Under-7 Boys All-Star Gold and Black teams entered their first tournament, The Dave Morrisson Memorial in Brampton with great results. Not only was this the boys’ first tournament, but these were also the first games they played together as teams.
Two teams of highly motivated six and seven year old boys proudly took to the field representing Markham and they did a fantastic job. They worked extremely hard on the field and were rewarded with a total result between the two teams of 3 wins, 2 losses, and 1 tie. Not too bad indeed for their first ever showing. The Black team (2 wins, 1 loss) missed out making it to the semi-finals only by a small goal differential.
